The rates mentioned above are estimates and do not imply any contractual or other obligation.

The price of translations varies according to their difficulty, the urgency of delivery and the request for related services (legalisation, apostille, pick-up/delivery from/to the customer's premises). Prices apply to a minimum of one page.

The price of translations is calculated per page of 1500 characters with spaces in the target language. The characters can be counted with the Word Count function in Microsoft Word. 

The above prices do not refer to translations in specialised fields (technical, medical, IT or other specialised field). Translations in specialised fields require customised quotes for each individual order.

The translation's technography is included in the price.

For translations of standard documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, criminal records, work permits, various certificates, diplomas, transcripts, various educational documents, etc.), the price of translations is set per physical page, charging a minimum of one page.

Each additional copy of the translation is charged at 50% of the translation value.

The price for proofreading / correction / verification of a translation starts from 50% of the value of the translation, depending on the quality and degree of difficulty of the translation that requires revision.

For translations from one foreign language into another, the price of the translation will be negotiated according to the desired pair of foreign languages. 

For high-volume works, discounts will be granted depending on the desired delivery term and the degree of difficulty of the document to be translated.

Our translation office has signed cooperation agreements with nearby notary offices, so that the notarization of translated documents will be done easily and quickly. On request, a representative of our translation office can carry out the necessary formalities for the legalisation / apostille / super-legalisation of the document for you.

The price of interpreting services is determined according to the type of interpreting (consecutive interpreting, simultaneous interpreting, interpreting on the headset or whispering (chouchotage - by ear)), the language in which the interpreting is provided, the location, the duration of the activity, the interpreter's specialisation and the client's field of activity.

The price of the interpreting service, whether simultaneous or consecutive, is based not only on the actual time spent providing the interpreting services, but also on the time required for the previous documentation. In order to ensure a high quality of interpreting services, we recommend that the interpreter is provided with materials specific to the client's field of activity prior to the event.

Consecutive interpreting is charged by the day, half-day or hourly.

Simultaneous interpreting is charged per day, the day being calculated at 6 hours between 08:00 and 18:00. If the hour is exceeded 18:00, additional hours will be charged accordingly.

In the case of interpreters travelling outside the locality / country, the client will be responsible for travel, accommodation and meal expenses.
